Will the Nobel Prize Impact Obama's Agenda?

How will the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to President Obama likely impact his climate agenda?

Boesch was doing great until this comment: "the Nobel Committee was expressing a collective sigh of relief that this country has rejoined the global consensus, even if this feeling is founded more on aspiration than achievement."

I'm not sure why Americans are so blind to Obama's achievements. He has not just transformed the world's largest polluting nation politically, he has committed the U.S. to transforming the engine of its economy from fossil fuels to clean energy. More here:

Much of this was accomplished, and will remain accomplished, with or without a climate bill from Congress.
