How important is natural gas for a low-carbon economy? For the climate bill?

The Kerry-Lieberman climate bill would provide tax incentives for converting vehicles to burn natural gas. How large a role should natural gas play in the switch to a low-carbon economy, and in a Senate climate bill?

The fantasy that global warming is harmful, and caused by CO2, will fade over the time as the natural climate variability is better understood.

Diverting our precious resources into carbon based fantasies, rather than focusing on the real harm done to our economy and security by sending money off shore, will someday be recognized as the folly of the ages.
