In an On Leadership interview, General David Petraeus named Rudy Giuliani as a leadership role model, explaining how Giuliani's "broken-window" theory from New York City applied to Central Command's job in Iraq. What leader outside of your own sphere of expertise has impacted your leadership philosophy the most?
