Every Right to Criticism
Past leaders like Cheney have every right to offer public criticism of current leaders like those in the Obama Administration, whether asked or unsolicited. Opposition views are at the heart of a functioning democracy.
The only guidelines to such criticism should be that they be in good taste and based on reasonable information.

As an American, Cheney has the right to publicly voice his views on anything he chooses. He also has the right to urinate in his front yard, just as long as there is a chest-high partition to conceal his private parts.
If Cheney can no longer restrain himself, perhaps it is time for him to move to a different neighborhood.

Too bad Cheney refused to speak when it mattered, and operated our democracy behind closed doors with his cronies. Now he is speaking because he is fearful that he will be investigated and possibly prosecuted. A public relations tour will not help this man, he is an evil person who does not have our country's interests as his mission.
