"What Can We Create?"
First all parties need to accept the seriousness of the situation. There is no job security or, in fact, jobs if the company fails. Both sides need to re-position themselves from an attitude of "What I must have" to "Can we create a future for the company and its employees?" And by the way, where is the voice of the reader/customer?
