A Fellow Meditator
LA Lakers coach Phil Jackson has a unique approach to coaching that has achieved stunning results. He is deeply influenced by his practice of Buddhism and meditation, which give him a sense of inner calm and tranquility that enables him to motivate his star professionals in ways that others cannot.
As a fellow meditator, I know personally just how important this practice is for me in dealing with tense situations and crises, while maintaining an inner peace and sense of well-being.
