Reaching the Whole Person
Phil is surely one of the greats, and his methods are fascinating. Many coaches teach X's and O's well, but few can reach the entire person like Phil. He understands the soul of the player and really taps into their true being.
For many of these young athletes, it is a truly different approach to them compared to most of their life which has focused on their physical skills and the nuances of the game. We need more like Coach Jackson.
