Question: From a leadership perspective--moving the country and the political process away from division and gridlock and toward consensus, confidence and action--how would you grade President Obama's State of the Union speech?

I'd give the speech an "A" for two big reasons:

1.The pain it will cause the Republicans to respond or counter it. Witness tonight's anemic Republican response.

2. Obama framed the issues for the next election. The framer wins 99 percent of the time!
