Alexis Rodich's roller coaster

My name is Alexis Rodich, and if left to my own devices, Bukowski's words fully embody how I live.

A former professional dancer, health care policy strategist, and recent MBA, I am currently the Director of Business Communication and Partner Relations at Bands in Town, where I wake up every day thinking about how I can help connect music fans to live music because I think there is something about music that fundamentally connects us all. I am also an engaged member of the vibrant tech and start up community in D.C., play an advisory role to other early stage companies, and am participating in the launch of a Yoga related start up.

Working for, and among, early stage, high growth companies is a daily roller coaster.  Along with the peaks and valleys, however, comes invaluable lessons on success, many of which I plan to share on this blog through posts, interviews, useful links, and guest contributors.
