Now that Levi Johnson is finally making some money in the Gay Porn industry, he will have money to fight Sarah Palin!

This is what abstinence only programs, two teenagers, a political campaign and an intrusive grandmother will get you: a hot mess. Those two children need to be given space, so they can work things out. Grammy Palin needs to go raise he other kids.

This poll is faulty for lack of "Who cares" option.

I have to agree with goombay, who gives a rat's a**! This child has nothing to do with the rest of the country and will affect no other lives than those close to it. Why not focus on the children that actually need some attention.

Sarah has to protect the Families Secrets that Levi might spill out. The Court will give shared custody to the kids and when Levi exposes the Palin Shocker it will end Sarah's career. Behind the Palin walls are dark dirty secrets. Todd is an alcohoic, Sarah is a sex object/cheats on her husband/and sleeps alone. Britol is a troubled young lady who begged for attention and became a teenage alcoholic herself. The teenage kids gave the 411 on Bristol and Bristol has two children not one. Just think Sarah said she didn't know Bristol was having a child when she was nominated VP. Sarah quickly put Levi/Bristol together for show during the Campaign. Few spoke of how Bristol was attached to the baby. Using Religion and God worked well for the Palin's but not in Court. Levi will spill the Shocker that will have people saying they never liked Sarah is the first place. Think Desperate Housewives and you get a little of what Sarah's been up to. Sarah used laying on her back to get a College Degree after trying with 5 Colleges, she get the Mayor job and knew with her ablity to wink/sex games she got to be Govenor.

The Palin's are totally unfit to have custody of the baby. At least Levi is upfront about his life. We cannot even say for sure who Trig's father is. Then Sarah writes a book, the title of which is British slang for unprotected anal sex. Please do not give custody to the Palins.

What about the vote *who cares?*

What was Palin's thoughts about what the baby would read when they made him? With his grandma being *gubnor* and all...

Why is it that the WAPO wont even take unauthorized pictures of the presidents kids but you feel it is OK to be the National Enquirer when it comes to Sarah Palin? You people are disgusting

Unless there are circumstance where she is is unfit to care for her child ,the infant is usually placed with it's mother.

ONE THING IS FOR SURE: . . Levi stated that the trial should be out in the open so that he could feel safe from Sarah Palin's influence. . . . . Considering some of Sarah's outlandish statements & her past history as Governor, that was probably one of the best decisions Levi made.

Children need both parents. Why no option for "joint custody"?

Posted by: bdunn1 | December 30, 2009 5:59 AM

Joint custody is what is best for the baby. The child should be given the opportunity to establish a father-son relationship as well as a mother-son relationship. Kids need BOTH parents whenever possible, and barring substantial evidence of a serious and significant flaw in one of the parents that would be harmful to the child. The child is a human being; not a pawn to be used by either side.

It's hard to believe the Washington Post is doing a poll on this subject.

I guess there is no serious news to cover today.

Wonder who is getting some a bristol now.

Shame on Washington Post for even suggesting this is a topic for America's opinion. Let's stick with important issues that have relavance to people outside their immediate family. I dislike Sarah Palin's low class way of getting media attention and I truly dislike media attention being as low class as Sarah Palin. I thought I could respect the Washington Post. Silly me.
