Do you plan to fill out your census form?

Just wondering--why wouldn't you fill out your census form?

I don't understand why you wouldn't fill it out either.I would think that this year it would be especially important considering all of the people who lost their homes and jobs. Otherwise only the well off or wealthy will be accounted for and all of the poor and struggling people will remain forgotten.

People who might not fill in a census form (beyond the merely lazy) would generally be those who fear the government for real or imagined causes and with to avoid all contact.

A lot of people have fear of Big Brother. My father is hell bent against the cenus asking how many bathrooms he has in his house. And he had a security clearance when he was working. "They" already know everything about him. I believe Republicans have fed this fear to try to limit compliance by the poor and immigrants. Ironically, my father is a Republican who won't be counted.

A person has to believe in a lot of made up crap not to want to be counted.

As a married gay couple, my lovely wife and I WILL be filling out the census form as wife and wife, no matter what the feds and/or fundies say, our MARRIAGE is legal and valid!

American citizens living abroad at the time of the census are not allowed to fill out a census form, no matter how much they might want to do so. In this matter, they are behind in the line even the illegal immigrants.

I don't see how this is a question at all since each citizen, living in the US, is required by no less than the constitution to participate in the census. In other words, it is against the law not to fill out the form/or be interviewed (if one is away when the form arrives).

Do you have to mention all the hookers you keep in your basement?

Since the Constitutional purpose of the Census is to determine Congressional representation, there is no point to counting US citizens living abroad. Are you going to elect a Congressman from France? Actually, US citizens living abroad are counted if they have a legal US residence, as those in the military do.

Also, the question about the number of bathrooms is no longer in the Census. This year everyone gets the short form that just asks about members of the family, whether you rent or own, and a couple of other questions. The detailed questions about your home, including the bathrooms, are now in a different Census survey that only a small sample of people get.

this will be rejected for publication, reason you give room for thesis.Idea of debate is to put forth your reasons. The surveys are farce. I reason out, not based all agree or not. Basis should be principle. Yes, in every person, appoach is different. We in this country was based on indiciduals and the small units of family. I am the only one, solution is simple, but living under the same roof is different. One more point, small arguments escalate to an infurious level, then the base and physical factor come into play.Ae, Americans have walked a long way,the hidden factors crop up more frequently.I DON'T knoe Roth, women have a way rouse, drunk or not, there is NO at that moment. The life is like that.

America is still great, but we are also FIRST in HYPOCRACY

No I will not fill out the census for many reasons. Mainly it just feels like another intrusion into our privacy. The government always screws things up and I don't feel like giving them any help in doing such.

Are you kidding me like if the government gives 2 hoots abouy the poor or unemployed or if they lost there house for that matter. this is about how many voters are still able to vote.
