Virginia is a Business friendly schill for any thing that props up "No new Taxes" mantra. Virginia in my district cannot have it both ways. We have a military presence that requires an Oceanfront and Chesapeake Bay unencumbered by offshore windmills or oil platforms. Virginia will never see a dime of oil money provided by off shore drilling (unless you want to count the money given to politicians who vote for it.)The Oil Company/ies who already own the leases will gain the profit. There will be no substantial job gain. This is a smoke and mirrors project once again perpretrated by business friendly Republicans and Blue Dog democrats in Virginia.
