What do you do when you encounter a panhandler?

If the panhandler is a young man, I will ignore them. Because they are able to feed on thenmself by hard working, but not rely on anyone else.

I acknowledge them, because they are human beings (except the one's who return to the same location every day and obviously panhandle for a living. But, I rarely give them any money.
