Would you move to escape traffic congestion?

Traffic delays continue to worsen, and the D.C. area co-leads the United States in delays per vehicle. In 2009, congestion cost the average area resident an extra 70 hours' travel time and the use of an extra 57 gallons of fuel -- an average of $1,555 per commuter. Would you move to escape traffic congestion? If so, let us know in the comments where you would move to.
