Have Injuries Leveled the NFC/AFC Playing Field?

With Merriman and Brady out for the year, and Manning still not 100%, has the inter-conference playing field been leveled?

Don't believe the talk. AFC is still king. Ever heard of a little thing called the Pittsburgh Steelers. It is their time to step up?
