Stafford. There is no risk in starting a rookie QB on a team that was winless last year; the expectations are so low that even if he doubled Peyton's interception record and lost 15 games he would still come out on top. As a matter of fact, the Lions should take a page from their book and let Stafford go nuts like a 1998 in Indianapolis redux. Sure Stafford may stink it up, but he needs the experience and who is the QB of the future? Certainly they don't intend on wheeling Daunte Culpepper out of the oxygen tent every game. His time passed 5 years ago. Who knows, maybe Stafford could replicate Matt Ryan's early success, but regardless he is the best of the 3 rookie QBs to start.
