Thats a load of crap. The NFL has no business dropping punishmment on players. Gooddell wants to be sherriff and he comes off looking gay. What other jobs would do this to employees like double jeorpardy. Give a black man money and everyone wants to tear them down.

If felons and other lawbreakers were excluded from returning to the NFL, as they routinely would be in other industries, thus having to change careers, there would be a whole lot less lawbreaking by these overpaid, under-educated spoiled brat athletes. Goodell is only enabing them.
