With Vick waiting in the wings and Jeff Garcia just signed, are the Philadelphia Eagles still a playoff contender with McNabb not starting at quarterback?

In the short term the Eagles can get by without McNabb, but niether VIck nor Kolb is ready to replace him permanently.
