I shall attempt to make this so simple even a football fan or redskin can understand it.

Ready? Here we go. Professional players and coaches on professional teams are PAID to win. If they do not or cannot they should be either fired or not get paid. No win, no money! No win no job! Simple hey?

I am beginning to tire of the constant Al Davis bashing that occurs here. Al Davis has done enough for the game that he gets a pass in his elder years. Get off his back already...I am a Steeler fan and you are killing ME! The race here is between your boy Snyder and Jerry Jones. And it is a dead heat. PS. Al Davis was a tuck rule away from being in the Super Bowl in 2002, and IN the Super Bowl in 2003. Dallas' last post season win was 1996. Washington's last post season success? But really guys, this is some pretty un professional bashing here, talking about the man passing and such. Grow up.

The worst front office, Wow, that's a tough one. It's not a fair question when asking a person who has prejudices such as the people in this area disliking Dan Snyder. Al Davis has to come into play though He really can't be faughted because I really think he's demented. I guess as a fellow human you need to feel sorry fo him. Snyder on the other hand is merely egotistical.Neither organisation has any chance of success because of the faughts of there owners. So I say they're tied.

You are right - tough call. Al Davis set the early standard but did have limited success. As the game changed, he lost it. The common factor is their egos, so big that they will destroy the thing they love. Another common factor is the extreme loyalty to the past teams. Lightning is a good thing, the problem is it's so darn inaccurate. These are big boys with little boy minds and all need potty training because the fans are getting stuck with the dirty diapers.

91 year-old owner who still wants to call all the shots. No one can say no to him, and no one wants to work for the guy either, so has had a string of 2nd-rate coaches and no GM.
