Two-headed coach?

Why not let Phillips coach the regular season and then, to avoid the inevitable playoff panic, give Garrett the responsibilities in the postseason?

Phillips not a head coach

Until Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones realizes that Phillips is a coordinator only, the Cowboys will continue to fail to reach their potential.

The Cowboys need to stop whining and address the real problem, that Phillips isn't the kind of coach that can win a Super Bowl.
