New OT strategy?

Will the approved alteration of the postseason -- and potentially regular season -- overtime format force a change in strategy for NFL teams?

I think the new rule is a step in the right direction but I have a better idea. I love sudden death but I don't like it when a team crosses mid-field and kicks a FG to end the game. It feels too cheap so my suggestion will enhance and improve sudden death. Here it is:

The first team to score 5 points wins. This will have several benefits.

1. It will change strategies because it will place an emphasis upon going for a touchdown.
2. In lieu of a TD, you can score twice to win with either a FG + a Safety or two Field Goals.
3. It will create a new level of excitement for overtime.

It should be implemented for all OT games as opposed to only playoff contests.
