The fantasy world is positively giddy over Peyton Manning, with virtually every site ranking him as the top quarterback this week. The Colts play at Tennessee, which is giving up a league-worst 282.2 yards passing per game and has yielded a league-high 10 passing touchdowns.

NFL.com's complete rankings include Manning first, followed by Tom Brady (at Denver), Ben Roethlisberger (at Detroit), Matt Schaub (at Arizona) and Joe Flacco (vs Cincinnati).

Bruno Boys has Donovan McNabb (vs. Tampa Bay) second, Schaub third, Roethlisberger fourth and Tono Romo (at Kansas City) fifth. Romo has been a disappointment over the past three games, but the Chiefs are surrendering 250.5 yards per game (28th in the league) and have made many quarterbacks look good.

Meantime, David Garrard, coming off 323 yards and three touchdowns against Tennesee, cracks the top five on KFFL's list.

FFToolbox's rankings include Kurt Warner at No. 5. Warner is coming off a bye week. Last season after the Cardinals' bye, Warner threw for 381 yards and two touchdowns.

ESPN's list may be the most unconventional, with Schaub first and Kyle Orton fifth. Also making appearances in the Worldwide Leader's top 10 are Matt Cassel at No. 6 and Seneca Wallace at No. 10.
