Larsen's Double Duty Temporary
Injuries at running back and linebacker led to rookie Spencer Larsen starting at both middle linebacker and fullback for the Denver Broncos last weekend.
He became the fourth NFL player in the last 19 seasons to start a game on both offense and defense.
But Larsen, usually a linebacker, won't have to perform double duty much longer. Middle linebacker Nate Webster is expected to return to the lineup within the next few weeks, and the return of injured tailback Selvin Young likely will result in rookie Peyton Hillis being shifted back from tailback to fullback.
