Peterson Rejoin Jaguars

Coach Jack Del Rio reportedly has allowed linebacker Mike Peterson to rejoin the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Florida Times-Union reports that Peterson was back in the team's locker room this morning after he met with Del Rio and the two settled their differences.

Del Rio considered suspending Peterson for conduct detrimental to the team but decided against it, the newspaper reports.

Peterson was sent home by Del Rio from the team's practice facility Wednesday and Thursday. According to reports, the two had an exchange during a team meeting when Del Rio criticized Peterson for a play during Sunday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in which Peterson celebrated a sack with the Jaguars trailing by 18 points. Peterson defended his actions during the meeting after Del Rio had instructed players not to respond, according to reports.
