Ticket-Selling Extensions For Cards, Vikes
The NFL granted one-day extensions to the Minnesota Vikings and Arizona Cardinals of the deadlines to sell out their home playoff games this weekend to avoid local television blackouts.
The Cardinals have until 4:30 p.m. ET today and reportedly had fewer than 6,000 tickets to sell as of Wednesday.
The Vikings have until 4:30 p.m. ET Friday and had approximately 11,000 tickets to sell as of midday Wednesday.
The sellout deadline to avert a local TV blackout usually is 72 hours before kickoff.
The Cardinals host the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday and the Vikings play the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

That's sad if teams can't sell tickets for the PLAYOFFS.
