Titans Sign Kick Returner
The Tennessee Titans announced that they'd signed Mark Jones, a free agent kick returner and wide receiver from the Carolina Panthers.
He averaged 11.4 yards per punt return this past season, third-best in the NFC.
The University of Tennessee product also has played for the New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in his five-year NFL career.
