Ochocinco Promises Twitter Surprise

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco said Wednesday he has found a loophole in the NFL's new Twitter policy and, without elaborating, promised something surprising for this weekend, according to the Associated Press.

Ochocinco stopped posting to his Twitter account last week, citing the new league rules.

Under the policy, NFL players, coaches and other team personnel are prohibiting from posting to their Twitter accounts on game days from 90 minutes before a game until the completion of media interviews afterward.

The policy also prohibits someone else from posting on a player's behalf.

It permits Twitter use at other times.
