Wilson Not Suspended, Fine Possible
League officials decided against suspending Arizona Cardinals safety Adrian Wilson for a hit Sunday on San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis but still might fine Wilson, the Arizona Republic reported.
Wilson was penalized for unnecessary roughness for the hit on Davis.
He reportedly was warned by the league last year that another infraction could result in a suspension after a series of previous fines for illegal hits.
