Man Injured in Fall at Qualcomm

According to several reports, a man who works on the San Diego Chargers' game-day staff was injured in a fall at Qualcomm Stadium before the Chargers' game Monday night against the Denver Broncos.

The man, identified in reports as Walt Daniels, fell approximately 30 feet from a booth in the press box to the loge level of the stadium, according to the reports.

He was taken to a nearby hospital and there was no immediate word on the extent of his injuries.

According to reports, the Chargers delayed the opening of the stadium gates before the game by about 40 minutes.
