Niners' Ulbrich to Injured Reserve
The San Francisco 49ers placed linebacker Jeff Ulbrich on the injured reserve list, the club announced.
The move ends his season. Ulbrich suffered a concussion during an Oct. 4 game against the St. Louis Rams, according to the team's Web site.
The 49ers signed linebacker Matt Wilhelm, who was released by the Philadelphia Eagles before the season.
Wilhelm spent the previous six seasons with the San Diego Chargers.
