Report: Stafford Had New MRI
According to a report by ESPN, orthopedist James Andrews is to help evaluate the results of a new MRI exam taken of the injured knee of Detroit Lions rookie quarterback Matthew Stafford.
Stafford practiced Wednesday after missing last Sunday's game. But he experienced more swelling in his knee after that and the Lions had a new MRI performed, according to the report by ESPN.
Andrews is to evaluate the results of the MRI on Monday, according to ESPN.
