Back injury likely to sideline Gage
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Justin Gage is unlikely to play this weekend because of several broken transverse process bones in his lower back, according to the Associated Press.
Gage was injured on a fall after a leaping catch during last Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
According to the AP, the injury does not affect any structures critical to the spine and Gage is having no trouble moving his extremities.
But Titans Coach Jeff Fisher said that the injury is "obviously very uncomfortable" to Gage, according to the AP.
