Big TV audience for Vikes-Packers

The Vikings-Packers game Sunday on Fox drew 29.8 million viewers, the network announced Monday.

It was the second-most-watched Sunday NFL telecast ever on Fox behind a 49ers-Cowboys game in 1995, according to the network, and it was the highest-rated telecast on any network since the Academy Awards in February.

Vikings quarterback Brett Favre beat his former team in his return to Lambeau Field as a visiting player.
