Simms practices with starters again
According to the Associated Press, backup quarterback Chris Simms practiced with the Denver Broncos' starters for a second straight day.
Starter Kyle Orton remained sidelined by an ankle injury.
He was hurt during last weekend's loss to the Washington Redskins.
The Broncos, who are on a three-game losing streak after six wins in a row to open the season, face the San Diego Chargers on Sunday for first place in the AFC West.
