Westbrook called 'good to go'

Tailback Brian Westbrook has been cleared to practice fully with the Philadelphia Eagles this week, Coach Andy Reid announced Wednesday.

"He's good to go," Reid said, according to the team's Web site.

Westbrook missed Sunday's victory over the New York Giants.

He suffered a concussion during a triumph over the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field six days earlier.

Westbrook has passed every test to resume physical activity, Reid said Wednesday.

The Eagles play the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday night at Lincoln Financial Field with first place in the NFC East at stake.
