Saints' McCray arrested
New Orleans Saints reserve defensive end Bobby McCray reportedly was arrested early Tuesday morning on a drunk driving charge.
McCray refused to take a breath alcohol test after a police officer pulled over McCray's vehicle for speeding on an interstate around 4:30 a.m., the New Orleans Times-Picayune reported.
According to the Times-Picayune, McCray was released on his own recognizance Tuesday after being booked into city jail on one count each of driving under the influence, speeding, careless operation of a motor vehicle and driving without a registration.
The Associated Press reported that McCray was charged with driving while intoxicated after refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.
A team spokesman told the Times-Picayune that the Saints were aware of the situation and would allow the legal process to run its course.
