Chris Berman wins Rozelle Award
Chris Berman, the host of ESPN's NFL studio show, was named the winner of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Pete Rozelle Radio-Television Award Monday.
Berman is scheduled to receive the award Aug. 6 at the dinner in Canton, Ohio for players being enshrined in the Hall of Fame.
The award is given in recognition of "long-time exceptional contributions to radio and television in professional football," according to the Hall of Fame's announcement.
"I embraced pro football a long time ago," Berman said in a written statement. "I'm honored and humbled beyond belief, that pro football in turn, has embraced me."

Berman is a tub of lard and a pompous jerk who's been recycling the same tired schtick for years. This is a bad joke.
