Bills release Trent Edwards
The Buffalo Bills released quarterback Trent Edwards, the team announced Monday.
Edwards was the Bills' starter in the first two games of the season but lost that job last week to Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Edwards threw for 241 yards, with one touchdown pass and two interceptions, in his two games this season.
He made 32 starts for the Bills over the last four seasons.
