Combine for Success

The Combine is far from overrated to state it simply. This is a unique time for potential pro football players to take the 40-yard dash towards establishing their reputation and credibility. It's an opportunity for players to make their name.

People in all professions are looking for that chance to standout and get ahead. Strong performances at the combine can help establish that. Of course, poor exhibitions can prove detrimental.

There will always be those few athletes who are so clearly cut above the rest. But for the vast majority, it's a week of great potential and possibility. How it goes is up to the player. But important football people are watching. That's all these young men can ask for.
