I don't think the NFL should keep steroids users out of its Hall of Fame, because, to the best of my knowledge, the voting standards don't say anything about "character" the way the voting instructions in baseball do.
Besides, in the NFL, there's none of the stigma attached to steroids use like there is in baseball, where the records are considered sacred.
Let 'em in!
