Teams Should Regulate

Twitter is a great way for the NFL players to communicate with their fans. Each player who has a Twitter account is required to register it with their team. The team is then in charge of approving each post a player wants to put on Twitter. Since the responsibility of monitoring accounts is up to the team, the team can decide if it will allow their players to have an account.

Posting on Twitter during games is not allowed under any circumstances.
