Tweet Nazi Cometh?

We have always lived in a world of reduction. Everything gets reduced right down to its lowest denominator, or shrunken even further. Were a Micro-Chipped Society, and it would seem right now tweets have taken the form of the Mini-Blog.
Everyone gets there 15 seconds of fame: over and over again!
At the same time several players have shown full well that they cannot be trusted to police themselves as far as a code of conduct. Yet there isn't consistency on penalties for violations. You want to go out and drink? No problem. Get in trouble, and your right to go out and drink might be taken away. We won't put the same restrictions on each player, and the same should hold true for blogs and Tweets.
Let the players police themselves, and if someone steps out of line, it will be reported by someone, and poof!...The Tweet Nazi can step in... "NO TWEETS FOR YOU!!"
