Peyton's in First Place

If I had to pick a QB to win a single game for me, my choice is Peyton Manning, and it's not even close right now. Brees statistically may be the most impressive QB in the league thus far, but he doesn't have the playoff resume and/or history of success that Peyton does.

Until his knee injury last year, I might have taken Brady. Now? Even coming off his complete annihilation of the Tennessee defense yesterday, I'd still prefer Manning. Brady has looked just a bit off this season, whereas Manning has been firing on all cylinders. Plus, is there another QB with more autonomy, responsibility, and/or a better grasp of his offense than Peyton Manning? I don't think so.

Peyton may be your MVP of the NFL at this point of the season; he's healthy; and he's been to the top of the mountain. With one game to win, I'd rather have him than any other QB in the league.
