Uh, are we voting the 'Most Dysfunctional NFL Team Besides the Detroit Lions?'

Buffalo Bills. In the past two weeks, Buffalo lost to the Dolphins and Browns - both teams that were winless until they played the Bills.

It's a tough call between the Raiders and the 'Skins. I picked the 'Skins, though, because there's two bat-sit crazy execs in DC and only one in Oakland.

The most dysfunctional team in the NFL -- BAR NONE -- is my Washington Redskins. Not only are we stuck with an owner who has no clue how to run a team, but our owner doesn't know how to hire the right people and go sit down! Dan Snyder has given the job of drafting and hiring players to his "BFF" Vinny Ceratto who obviously knows nothing about selecting coaches or players! We can't get rid of the owner, but he needs to wise up! NO self-respecting coach is going to take over the reigns of a team he is not allowed to run, COMPLETELY! Firing Jim Zorn now or in January will do no good at all. We all should have known this would happen -- what team would hire an offensive coordinator, while still looking for a head coach. I have accepted that we have gone back to the Redskins we all knew in the old days -- You know the days when we never expected the Redskins to beat anybody! We've gotten spoiled, a few good years with Joe Gibbs and we thought we had reached a new level. Well we have sort of reached a new level. I don't think we have seen how low we can go, YET!

The most dysfunctional front office is the office of the NFL Commissioner, for allowing these circus-train wrecks to happen without quiet and behind the scenes efforts to install competent management in every NFL front office.

The reason I pick Washington isn’t to pile on the criticism. It's because the Rams & Raiders have been a Super bowl in the last 10 years & the Redskins have not. If it wasn't for Coach Gibbs coming back, the Redskins would not have made the playoffs this millennium. SAD SAD SAD
