Trio of pass rushers top list

Now that we're a few days into free agency, it's time to look back at some of the players and which ones will have the biggest impact on the new teams that they play for. Here are three that in my book will have a solid impact with their new squad:

LB Karlos Dansby -- His move from the Cards to the 'Fins make sense, and it's an upgrade for the Dolphins that should make an impact this year right away. Dansby cost Miami quite a bit, but he's a solid player that can get to the passer as well as make some big plays, which at the end of the day is something Miami's defense lacked.

LB Aaron Kampman -- The Jags were simply awful getting to the QB last season, and while Kampman only got to the QB 3.5 times, I think that he gets a fresh start in Jacksonville, and can help out that defense that is looking to be a lot more productive and aggressive. Of course he has to stay healthy, which is what his biggest issue was in 2009.

DL Kyle Vanden Bosch -- I love this move for a Detroit team that wants to suddenly win now, and realizes that their defense needs to be upgraded, badly. Jim Schwartz really wanted his former player from the Titans, and for good reason. He's a pro's pro, and a guy that can come in and make the D-line better right away. He's not a huge impact player, but he stabilizes the spot that the Lions needed to upgrade.
