D.C. reunion a possibility

Terrell Owens has been on a campaign trying to sell himself to just about any NFL team that will take a look at him. His antics seemed to have finally caught up with him, as no one right now wants to give him a job as a possible pass catcher on their team. He is 36 years old, a shell of his former dominating self when it comes to the receiver position, and now is telling teams such as the Redskins and Patriots he would love to come and play there. No kidding.

Owens' past has paved the way for his present, as he has shown that even though last season he was not much of a cancer for the Bills, he has been in locker rooms in the past. That trait has pushed teams away from signing him, and it would be a stretch to see teams sign him before training camp really gets underway. Even teams that need a pass catcher, such as the Bears, Browns or Chargers are not picking up the phone calling Owens to see if he would be interested in playing for them.

For now, Owens is jobless, and it will stay that way for at least another month. Watch for teams that suffer injuries in training camp, or teams that get into camp and finally push the desperate button due to a lack of production at the receiver position. The usual suspects of teams that will look at Owens will stay the same - Washington, Chicago, San Diego and possibly New England. While there may be a darkhorse in there, my money says he'll end up on a roster, and it'll be with former teammate Donovan McNabb and the Redskins late in training camp.

I hope so! T.O. has grown up since his stint with the Cowgirls. Even at 36, he will be the most athletic receiver on the Skins. We could really dominate on offense if we can pick him up

"T.O. has grown up since his stint with the Cowgirls."

Really? Do you have some evidence to back that claim up? He is a narcissitic knucklehead, always has been and always will be. Only now, he is a 36 year old narcissitic knucklehead at the end of his career. As a Cowboys season ticket holder, I hope he does sign with the "DeadSkins." Whoo, namecalling is fun!
