Wade is out but problems remain

It's not surprising that Wade Phillips was fired and honestly not relevant to the problems that the Cowboys have.

The 2010 season for the Cowboys has just been a total failure on all levels. They need to just chuck up the deuces and start fresh in 2011, and this is the first step in that process.

I would not be shocked if the Cowboys ended up 1-15 or 2-14. The train is way off the tracks and nothing can be done now to get that corrected. Just accept the crash and move on. Unfortunately Jerry Jones won't fire himself as a General Manager.

It isn't that the Cowboys don't acquire good talent, the problem is that Jones doesn't know how to put together a "team". The best teams don't always have the best talent, it is about finding the right chemistry between coaches, players and front office.

Jones has failed miserably at that for more than two decades. The only way the Cowboys will ever come back to prominence is if Jones steps down as G.M. and replaces himself with a coach and front office personnel that know what they are doing.

Put down the Ciroc, Jerry, and look in the mirror, maybe you are the one who is causing the suffering.

I'll start by saying"I bleed Silver and blue I have been a die-hard fan since I was a boy". don't get it twisted though I'd just like to state the facts.

fact number one GM don't suit up and play the game.

Jerry Jones has three world championships in two decades.

The fact list goes on and on, but one major fact I would like to emphasize
is "leadership"!!!

Leadership and hart are the biggest problems in big D. that I see "in my opinion". Even in the Aikman, Smith, Irvin era, chemistry always did not flow. But I guarantee you come Sunday they all were ready to play. they made themselves accountable for their mishaps, and never played two uncompetitive games in a row.

No no the problem in big D. is not Jerry Jones, or the money he is lacking to showcase his team. What we really are lacking in big D. is the "true killer instinct" of a champion. A true champion that knows when he steps on the field of battle, that he will be leaving victorious. Doing anything it took to achieve this goal.

A let's be real "sometimes you got a fall to get back on top of your game.
