Chad Ochocinco felt 140 characters wasn't enough space to express his outsized personality this afternoon and broadcast live on Ustream.

Sure, he spent a long time rambling about the light shining over his forehead, see above. But then something entertaining came up, unless you're bothered by millionaires not paying their electric bill:

"You see the flickering of the lights. I ain't paid my bill either. But you know when they come to shut your power off, they lock the lock. But I got a screwdriver jammed where they gotta get in to do the lock. So they can't get in. Fo' real."
