How do you turn a one dollar bill into $40,000 of charity? Just ask 85. Chad Ochocinco Tweets that he is now pledging to match the $20,000 fine, imposed on him today by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, in a charitable donation to Feed the Children. The Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver was punished for his actions surrounding a mock bribing of an official, with the now infamous bill, during last Sunday's win over the Baltimore Ravens.
